Physical products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. If you have an issue with your product, please reach out to us letting us know the nature of the issue and if you are wanting a replacement, exchange or a refund. After 30 days, refunds are at the discretion of Market Up LLC based on circumstances.
If you have any kind of issue with a service we performed, a digital product or a training class you received, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and let us know the nature of the issue.

We do not offer guarantees on a certain number of conversions or sales due to the fact that we are relying on the internet to vote on and purchase winning products. We do everything within our power to ensure your product get the visibility it deserves. Refunds are not issued since there are many factors regarding conversions that are out of our control.
