We have a satisfaction guarantee policy, which means we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Market Up LLC does not sell physical products so returns will not be needed.


If you have any kind of issue with a service we performed, a digital product or a training class you received, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and let us know the nature of the issue.

We do not offer guarantees on a certain number of conversions or sales due to the fact that we are relying on the internet to vote on and purchase winning products. We do everything within our power to ensure your product get the visibility it deserves. Refunds are not issued since there are many factors regarding conversions that are out of our control. Our desire is to have happy customers so we are open to discussing an alternative ad strategy instead.


Refunds

If a refund is necessary and approved by Market Up LLC, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
